Monthly organizes a group of people to go to Mission Central in Mechanicsburg, PA to help them assemble supplies going to places in the USA and around the world that are suffering from natural disasters since as floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
Periodically organizes a group of people to go to Orphan Grain Train in Millersville, MD to help them assemble food and other supplies for Christian orphanages in the USA and around the world.
Annually organizes a local week-long summer missions project called Bowie Street Reach involving a group of teens and adult leaders helping home owners with their yards and basic exterior maintenance.
Annually organizes a group of people on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, collecting turkeys and food to assemble and distribute to needy families in Southeast DC, District Heights, MD, and Bowie, MD.
Monthly organizes a group of ladies who knit and crochet hats, shawls, and blankets for needy families in the USA and around the world, working with missionary families and other ministries who know the needs.
Before the school year starts in the fall, organizes a collection of backpacks and school supplies for needy kids and families in Southeast DC.
Periodically provides support to individuals or families in need in the church and in the Bowie area through the church Community Concerns Program, the Men’s Tool TimeProgram, and participation in the Christmas in April Program.
Monthly organizes a group of people to make sandwiches and delivers them to the Martha’s Table Program for the homeless and those in need in DC.
Collects and provides food to the Bowie Food Pantry as an ongoing ministry, primarily focusing on canned fruit.
